Your Easy-to-Follow, Step-by-Step
Guide Shows You:
How to Start Freezing It and Loving
It with Make Ahead Meal Plans!
Family meal time can be the
golden hour of your day. But it is not
always easy to manage a hot home cooked meal for your family when your life is
hectic. That's why we've created a guide to help you
learn how to plan, cook and serve hot, delicious meals that your family will
love by doing the majority of the work just one day a week.
"The
concept is to prepare so much ahead of time, that each evening all
you’ll need to do is bake or warm your (already prepared) main dish, perhaps
toss a fresh salad or cook a vegetable, or maybe add some bread, and you’ve
got a meal to put on your table!" - Guide Author Sandra Jensen

How to Plan Ahead, Shop Ahead and
Cook Ahead!

"From the moment I
began reading this ebook I simply fell in love. It tugged at my
heart because, as a child growing up we always had dinner at the
table as a family. In fact I still make sure we do this in our
family now. We are a family of five and it isn't always easy but we
always make it happen. As sad as it is more and more families no
longer do this. In fact I remember talking to another parent at
school about what we where going to have for dinner that night and
she said "You mean you cook every night"? I just looked at her in
disbelief because, I was thinking "Well, yes doesn't every mom"?
After all we have to eat, right? But at that moment talking to those
other mothers I realized that it was actual becoming more normal to
not cook a dinner every night.
I think the main reason it has become a thing of the past is because
of the amount of time it takes to prepare, cook, and clean up from
dinner. Then when you add in the astounding amount of homework that
children are given to complete at home, there just isn't enough time
in the day. So it became easier to eat junk or eat out! Which isn't
near as healthy and expensive.
So I am very happy to see an ebook like this being written. The
ebook was well written and gives you tons of useful advice on
bringing your family together at the dinner table! In fact even
being a mother that already cooks dinner every night, it has given
me many ideas on how I can make it easier on myself while leaving
more time for my family!
I highly recommend this ebook to any and all families! I was very
impressed and will be using these ideas myself!"

| I wanted to let you know
that I received the “Freezing It and Loving It” guide and
recipe book today!
You know timing is everything…just this week I was saying to the
kids that I’ve got to do something to get a handle on dinner. When
the they have games or other commitments in the evenings or Chet and
I have a late parent council meeting or work meeting (which is
often) we end up eating bad tasting and expensive take out food.
I was just skimming this
guide and had to smile with relief at the emphasis made on
planning and pre-preparing meals that are good but not too fancy or
complicated. For me, at this time of my life that is so important! I
already have too many cook books that have fantastic recipes, but
nothing that I’m going to feel inspired to put together on a regular
basis because they are too COMPLICATED and require too many
ingredients. Thank you so much for my Freezing It and
Loving It guide.
