hectic. That's why we've created a guide to help you
learn how to plan, cook and serve hot, delicious meals that your family will
love by doing the majority of the work just one day a week.
"The
concept is to prepare so much ahead of time, that each evening all
you’ll need to do is bake or warm your (already prepared) main dish, perhaps
toss a fresh salad or cook a vegetable, or maybe add some bread, and you’ve
got a meal to put on your table!" - Guide Author Sandra Jensen

Freezing It & Loving It
is a wonderful collection of tips and ideas from Sandra Jensen. I so
appreciated Sandra’s thoughts on sharing a good, healthy meal
together as a family. She begins the book by reflecting on how it
used to be, where families ate together and shared in conversation,
to where it is now, with everyone running their separate ways or
eating in front of the TV. She stresses the importance of guarding
meal time and keeping it as a family time. This is a quote from
Sandra in the book “It’s all about bringing your family together for
a time of sharing, and eating a healthy, home cooked meal almost
everyday.”
Sandra gives many tips on what foods can be frozen and the best way
to do it.
She also includes a sample menu, a grocery list to get you started,
and great resources for recipes. She gives the three essential steps
to tackle the concept of making meals ahead of time to make dinner
time a more relaxed event that you can enjoy.
Also included is a separate book with a collection of recipes, with
everything from soup to dessert. They look like delicious recipes
and Sandra also gives advice on what point in the preparation to
freeze it so you can have a quick meal another day.
I recommend this ebook to any family who desires to keep meal
time as a family time, or who wants to bring it back and make it
into a time you can grow closer as a family. It’s also good for
those just looking to simplify their lives and still make good,
healthy meals.

super easy that you fall in love with Freezer Cooking!
| I wanted to let you know
that I received the “Freezing It and Loving It” guide and
recipe book today!
You know timing is everything…just this week I was saying to the
kids that I’ve got to do something to get a handle on dinner. When
the they have games or other commitments in the evenings or Chet and
I have a late parent council meeting or work meeting (which is
often) we end up eating bad tasting and expensive take out food.
I was just skimming this
guide and had to smile with relief at the emphasis made on
planning and pre-preparing meals that are good but not too fancy or
complicated. For me, at this time of my life that is so important! I
already have too many cook books that have fantastic recipes, but
nothing that I’m going to feel inspired to put together on a regular
basis because they are too COMPLICATED and require too many
ingredients. Thank you so much for my Freezing It and
Loving It guide.
